Sunday Afternoons

I love Sunday afternoons! They are for reflecting and refueling for the week. The Lord had it right when he rested on the seventh day. I needed to catch up on some rest and sit down with the dog doing nothing! But maybe working on this blog!

 Rest is good for the soul! So this Sunday I am remembering his promise that all things are made new!

"I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth." ~Genesis 9:13

And the song on my brain today is that wonderful JJ Heller song "Your Hands"....I love JJ Heller and her story about becoming an artist...all in God's plan!
